GaydarRadio is celebrating LGBT history month by honouring the everyday heroes from the LGBT community. GaydarRadio is running its own heroes awards where you'll get the chance to nominate and vote for the people you think make a significant contribution to the LGBT community.

This weeks GaydarRadio hero is Wing Commander Mark Abrahams, the RAF's most senior serving openly gay officer, and chairman of the RAF LGBT forum.
