Confidential Support Line will provide assistance and advice to soldiers and their families who
have problems that they wish to discuss in confidence with someone who is an independent
non military advisor and who is separate from the military environment.

You can call Freephone on:
UK 0800 731 4880
Germany 0800 1827 395
Cyprus 080 91065

You can also use the Paradine homelink phones - at the prompt for the PIN No dial 2999.

You may also call from any Callbox in the world by dialling +44 (01980) 630854 and the person
that answers will call you straight back in most cases.

The lines are totally confidential - You do not even have to leave your name unless you want to.

If you are not able to get to a phone you can write to the Confidential Support Line at:
PO Box 1312, FREEPOST, PEWSEY, Wiltshire SN9 6QZ

The lines are staffed 12 hours a day from 1030 to 2230. At other times there will be an
answer machine.
