(3) material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright
or other proprietary right of any party,
(4) advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid
schemes, or any other form of solicitation, except where specifically permitted,
or
(5) material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files
or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of
any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
b. impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent
your affiliation with a person or entity;
c. forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise
the origin of any material transmitted through the Site;
d. interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers, networking and computing
equipment or networks connected to the Site, or disobey any requirements,
procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Site;
e. try to gain access to areas that are private to the site or to other
site users;
f. violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or
any regulation having the force of law;
g. stalk or otherwise harass another;
h. harm minors in any way, including, without limitation, to establish unlawful
contact with minors (whether on or off the Site);
i. collect, intercept or harvest screen names;
j. collect, intercept or store personal data about other users of the Site;
k. or solicit or attempt to discover a user's password, screen name, or
other registration information without the user's express knowledge and consent;
l. promote or provide instructions or information about how to engage in
illegal conduct or commit illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury,
or promote any illegal act;
m. or store any information or use any Web page or directory you create
on or through the Site as storage for remote loading or as a door or signpost
to another Web page, whether inside or outside the Site.
You agree:
a. to enter your correct date of birth upon registration and failure to
do so will result in immediate termination of Membership.
b. not to interfere with any another's enjoyment of the site and not to
discriminate against any person based on race, ethnicity, gender, disability,
religion, sexual orientation or any other preference.
c. to be respectful and courteous to other users.
Modifications to Terms of Service
proud2serve.net reserves
the right to change the T&C or policies regarding the use of the System
at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the updated T&C.
Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute
your consent to such changes.
General
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Use of the
System is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all
provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this
paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency
relationship exists between you and

a result of this agreement or use of the System. If any part of this agreement
is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including,
but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set
forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded
by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of
the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue
in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes
the entire agreement between the user and

respect to the System (excluding the use of any software which may be subject
to an end-user license agreement) and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous
communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between
the user and
proud2serve.net with
respect to the System. The section titles in the T&C are solely used
for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.
Termination
proud2serve.net may terminate these Terms
of Service for convenience on thirty (30) days notice by email to the other
party.
If as a registered user of the forum you provide written notice
of intent to terminate, you should refrain from accessing or
otherwise using the Web Site and Services; and we may deny you access
to the Web
Site and Services after such notice period concludes. In addition to
our right to terminate for convenience, we may terminate your access to
the Web
Site and Services immediately in the event of your breach of these Terms
of Service.
