RAF Staff Feedback for the Workplace Equality Index 2011

Royal Air Force - Equality and Diversity

As part of its engagement with Stonewall’s WEI, the RAF is invited to complete the Staff Feedback Questionnaire. This questionnaire provides the opportunity for personnel to express their own views regarding current communications, networking, and policy. Stonewall place significant value on membership feedback. Indeed, this communications process itself attracts its own positive analysis during the Benchmarking process. Whilst some opportunity to invite some personnel to participate in the Survey will be available at this year’s Quad LGBT conference on 2 Jul, I appreciate that not everyone will be at the Conference. Accordingly, I would like to invite personnel to participate in the Staff Survey. Unfortunately, in previous years the detailed and extensive staff work in support of the RAF’s WEI Benchmarking submission has been undermined by a lack of personnel engaging with the Staff Survey. This is an increasingly important facet of the overall Benchmarking scoring process. AMP himself is taking a personal interest in this year’s WEI submission. Please help us to achieve the most comprehensive input yet by completing the Survey.
