RAF LGBT Forum Structure

RAF LGBT Forum - RAF LGBT Forum

The Royal Air Force Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Forum (RAF LGBT Forum) is an officially constitued body drawn from the serving community and includes representation from beyond LGBT. It acts as a conduit between the RAF Equality and Diversity Policy Staff and the wider serving community.

There are thirteen posts on the RAF LGBT Forum Committee; each has responsibility for leads on individual workstrands such as the LGBT Conference, the Support Network or Pride.

The RAF LGBT forum was formally established in 2007 following a period of increasingly structured consultation between the E&D staff and members of the serving LGBT community.

In addition to information on the RAF LGBT forum itself, this section includes regular updates on Forum activity, minutes of meetings and other initiatives of wider interest.
